When a concrete floor is cast the strongest material, the stone aggregate, settles below the surface leaving mainly cement at the upper surface.
The HTC Superfloor process entails mechanically enhancing a newly cast or existing concrete floor. The concrete is ground step-by-step according to a well-defined process for achieving the desired characteristics.

Your YEZCO HTC SUPERFLOOR™ is a very cost-effective solution – for the short term, long term and everything in between. The cost per square meter is surprisingly low, since the concrete is usually already in place. But HTC Superfloor™ is also a smart alternative for new construction since grinding can begin just 5–7 days after casting.
Your YEZCO HTC SUPERFLOOR™ will always be super-easy to keep in like-new condition. The smartest way to keep your floor clean is to use a floor-cleaning machine with diamond pads. This not only cleans the floor, it micro-polishes it too using only water. Manual cleaning, such as with a vacuum cleaner or wet mop, also works well.
After several years, the floor gains a natural patina. If preferred, it can be polished to easily restore its original gloss. There is no practical limit as to how many times the process can be repeated.

Your YEZCO HTC SUPERFLOOR™ can be one of the most sustainable components you choose for your building, both economically and environmentally. A concrete floor consists of entirely natural components – stone, sand, water and cement. Because the process is practically chemical-free compared to other flooring solutions for heavily trafficked environments, your HTC Superfloor™ is a good choice both for people and the environment.
Once you’ve decided on a HTC Superfloor™, your contractor will be working with something that is already on site – the concrete. The process consumes very little energy, either with new construction or renovation of an existing floor. No unnecessary transports, no demolition. Thanks to HTC’s efficient grinders and dust extractors with high-performance vacuuming, operations not directly affected can continue as usual.

Concrete is composed of pure natural materials, making it the most sustainable floor available. The coatings and coverings that are often applied to the concrete have an adverse effect on the environment. The YEZCO HTC SUPERFLOOR™ uses as much as 30 times less energy than traditional flooring solutions. Why cover up your concrete, when the floor you need is the one you already have? Despite what many might believe, a highly polished YEZCO HTC SUPERFLOOR™ is safer when it comes to avoiding slipping accidents than many other floors, even when wet. This means a safer and more comfortable working environment.
The YEZCO HTC SUPERFLOOR™ is available in four different surface finishes and aggregate exposure: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. It’s the grinding depth and number of polishing steps that differentiate the finishes.
Besides the four concepts Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, you can also have a custom finish that matches your specific preferences for aggregate and gloss.

Silver is a less glossy variant of Platinum because the grinding depth is the same. The polishing steps, however, are fewer. It thus provides a matte but strong floor.
Gold entails that the floor is not ground as deep as with Platinum. However, the floor is polished to the same gloss. Gold can therefore be a good choice for concrete floors that are already smooth and even.
Platinum is the best of the best. By repeatedly grinding and polishing the floor, you get a smoother, more even floor with more aggregate exposure and unmatched resistance to wear. Platinum is the most popular surface finish and is a good choice for most applications.
With its finely honed upper layer, Bronze is the simplest HTC Superfloor™. The aggregate will not be visible. This produces a smooth and matte surface with somewhat lower resistance to wear. Best in applications with limited wear.
